Just a short 30 min drive and 15 min ferry ride from Hobart will take you to the island of island stunning ‘Bruny Island. One of the Tasmania’s oldest and popular national park ‘ Mt Field National Park’ is part of Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area, and is only one and half our drive from the Hobart. It is home to some spectacular waterfalls and unique flora and vegetation. Three-tiered waterfall Russell Falls is one of the most popular attractions which is only 20 minutes (return) easy walk from visitor centre trip. Just 10 minute walk from this fall, we will then reach to the impressive and beautiful Horseshoe Fall. Then you can continue to Tall Tree walking track 30 minutes (return) from this fall, where one can observe world’s tallest (up to 30 meters height) flowering plant ‘the giant swamp gum’ .
