Kindly read and understand following terms and conditions that applies to all products and services provided by Mustang Travel.
1. Mustang Travel acts as a travel agent. We arrange travel services and sell travel related products on behalf of suppliers such as airlines, tour and cruise operators, car hires and accommodation providers. Your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions applied by the provider of the service or products. You agree that if the travel services or products are not supplied in accordance with your booking your remedy lies with the service provider and not Mustang Travel.
2. Reservation Deposit:
2.1. Tour:
A certain percentage of the total value of the tour package per person will be required upon booking. That percentage will depend upon the type of tour you are purchasing and may not be refundable if you change your mind or cancel your booking.
2.2. Ticketing:
Even though we provide free of cost booking services, full payment should be made before issuing a ticket.
2.3. Balance payment:
Remaining payment should be made at least a day before the departure of a tour.
3. Account details:

Payment can be made through online transfer on following account details.

Mustang travel will not be liable If you send any amount to another account by mistake.
3.2. Payment by Credit Card/ debit card:
Please fill the credit card authorisation form for Credit or Debit Card payment and e-mail it to us at mustangtravelau@gmail.com up to 2.6% extra will be levied to you as processing fee.
3.3. Payment by PayPal:
You can also make us a payment through PayPal. 2.6% extra will be levied to you as processing fee for this.
4. Cancellation Charges:
This might be varied according to the nature of tour package you are booking.
Minimum $250 will be the cancellation or date change charge but different rules and regulations of respective airlines may affect such fee.
4.1. Cancellation by Mustang:
If there is any cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances by us, a full refund of tour value will be refunded to your account.
If any unforeseen circumstance is going to obstruct our tour program, we might offer you and alternative with similar standard holiday packages or we will try to make a prompt refund after deducting reasonable expenses (if any). However, we can be under no other liability to you in such cases.
5. Visas/ Passport/ Health or any travel documents
Please ensure that you have all the required documents for your entire journey i.e, valid passport, visas, necessary documents and that you have had recommended inoculations for you destination(s).
We provide useful guidance on visa requirements for different destinations around the world. However, visa policies are subject to change at any time by the authorities of each country. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information we offer. We advise you to always check with the relevant embassy or consulate before you travel. We are not responsible for any problems or losses that may arise from relying on our information.
6. Travel Insurance:
We strongly advise you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, cancellation, etc.
Please note that none of our tours includes insurance. However, we can arrange you reliable and affordable travel insurance options through our renowned partners.
7. Tour Prices:
Rates are quoted in Australian Dollars, unless otherwise stated, on the basis of exchange rates in effect at the time of publication. Mustang Travel reserves the right to revise price and rate on inevitable circumstances that are beyond our control.
8. During the tour:
Guide or tour leader who represents Mustang Travel deserves all authority during the tour. If you commit any unlawful act, you may be obliged to leave the tour.
9. No refund will be made in such situation. On any account, we are not answerable for any loss or damage of your luggage or property even when carried by porters or vehicles. Therefore, Your personal belongings, luggage are at your risk all the time.
